Can these inevitable changes to power dynamics be more intentional - an opportunity to use digitalisation to #ShiftThePower from the centre, away from donors and US/European HQs and central governments - and towards communities, frontline workers and civil society?
Join a small group of practitioners and researchers for a vibrant and open discussion how we might harness the opportunity created by digitalisation in service of a localisation and participatory agenda. Discuss how digtalisation might support organisations already committed to shifting power, as well as how it might be a tool to influence or bypass those who are not.
This is a very early stage of a potentially exciting piece of work.

We will be looking to use this discussion to develop proposals for tangible actions that could result in significant positive impact, that we can take forward together - to seek funding, to embed in existing work or to advocate to DX advisors.
